3. Product Specifications and Pricing

Product Information: We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the website are correct. However, minor variations in packaging or product color may occur.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Euro and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current applicable rate, unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Omnibus Directive Compliance: In accordance with EU law, whenever a price reduction or discount is announced, the "prior price" displayed will indicate the lowest price applied to that product within a period of at least 30 days prior to the application of the price reduction.

4. Formation of Contract and Ordering Process

Upon receipt of your order, we will send an automated acknowledgement email. This email does not signify formal acceptance of your order.
A legally binding contract is only formed when we dispatch the products and send you a formal Shipment Confirmation email.

7. EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Refunds)

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic, skincare, hair, or wellness health products if their protective seal or packaging has been unsealed or broken after delivery.
Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard costs of delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return. We will use the same method of payment used for the initial transaction.
Return Shipping Costs: Unless stated otherwise on our website, the customer must bear the direct cost of returning the physical goods.

8. Legal Guarantee of Conformity (2-Year Warranty)
